What you´ll do
- Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii, polityk oraz programów w obszarze BHP.
- Przeprowadzanie regularnych audytów, ocen ryzyka oraz inspekcji w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy.
- Nadzór nad zgodnością działań zakładu z przepisami prawa lokalnego oraz wewnętrznymi standardami firmy Henkel w zakresie BHP i ochrony środowiska.
- Prowadzenie dochodzeń powypadkowych oraz opracowywanie i wdrażanie działań korygujących.
- Organizacja i prowadzenie szkoleń BHP dla pracowników oraz kadry kierowniczej.
- Monitorowanie, analizowanie i raportowanie wskaźników efektywności w obszarze BHP.
- Koordynowanie działań związanych z gotowością zakładu na sytuacje awaryjne oraz reagowaniem kryzysowym.
