About this Position

What you´ll do

  •  Ensure raw materials and finished goods are tested and evaluated according to Product Development control plans
  • Perform measurements and accurately record results in SAP, evaluating product conformity based on defined release criteria
  • Execute timely release, blocking, or segregation of products and raw materials in SAP in alignment with control plans
  • Conduct microbiological analyses in accordance with internal control plans
  • Perform analysis related to wastewater treatment as defined by the control plan
  • Maintain lab equipment in proper working condition; perform equipment calibration and verification according to the defined schedule
  • Manage documentation related to calibration and verification of plant equipment • Support investigations of internal nonconformities as well as customer and supplier complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and propose corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, Henkel Corporate Standards, and internal SHE/SHEQ/CRS requirements, including Code of Conduct and Ethics standards Special tasks
  • Actively collaborates in the management and implementation of the Quality & Hygiene walk around program
  • Actively contribute to implementation and maintenance of GMP standards and related third-party certifications (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001)

What makes you a good fit

  • Required Qualifications 
  • Technical diploma or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific discipline
  • Previous experience in a QC laboratory within manufacturing (chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or similar industry) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of GMP, microbiology basics, and analytical laboratory techniques
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered a plus Soft Skills & Competencies
  • English fluency (written and spoken) required for daily technical communication
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good cooperation and teamwork skills; proactive communication with production and quality teams
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work methodically with high attention to detail
  • Dynamic, flexible, and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and capacity to make sound decisions, especially in product release/blocking situations
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
