We are looking for a Lead Application Engineer (Construction-Industry Engineering Manager) who will lead technical support activities, ensure high product performance standards, and drive the development of key service-related projects. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, marketing, sales teams, and external partners while managing a team of professionals within the department for construction-industry product.
-Conduct field tests and product trials during development and before market launch.
-Prepare internal technical documentation and analytical materials.
-Provide external technical communication and consultations for clients and partners.
-Review and analyze technical complaints, identify root causes, and prepare conclusions and recommendations for product improvement.
-Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to support product promotion and strengthen the company’s expert presence.
-Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop technical, informational, and promotional materials.
-Lead the Customer Technical Service Department: set goals, manage performance, and foster team development.
-Manage daily operations, prepare annual plans, and oversee departmental budget and expenditures.
-Training & Development programs for employees, partners, and craftsmen (Henkel Academy).
-Tinting Studios: implementation supervision, operational coordination, technical maintenance, repairs, and performance evaluation.
-Higher technical education (preferably in construction or related fields).
-At least 3 years of experience in technical and managerial roles.
-Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
-Experience in project management.
-Proficient user of MS Office; knowledge of BIM or engineering software is an advantage.
-Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
-Current legislation and modern technical requirements for building structures, materials, and construction practices.
-Properties and performance characteristics of building materials and coatings.
-Market dynamics and trends in the construction industry.
