From Industrial AI to sustainable urban living, Henkel made its mark as a Gold Partner at the recent Doers Summit in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Henkel didn't just attend this summit, our experts led the conversation on the region's most critical industrial transformations. Watch the highlights below to see how our leaders across both our BUs, Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Henkel Consumer Brands are shaping the future of innovation in the IMEA region.
On the 26th and 27th of November, 2025, Dubai Digital Park, which is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, became the epicenter for discussions and synergy matching for industrial innovation, and Henkel was right at the heart of it. We leveraged the combined expertise of both our Adhesive Technologies and Consumer Brands divisions to drive a substantive dialogue, bridging the gap between established industrial leadership and the disruptive potential of the startup ecosystem.
As a Gold Partner, we as Henkel reinforced our position not just as a participant, but as a driving force in digitalization, sustainability, and manufacturing excellence across the IMEA region.
Our presence was defined by bold ideas and deep expertise. One of the summit's standout moments was the keynote on "Industrial AI" delivered by Ritesh Chaudhary, Henkel Head of Digital Business India and Pakistan & Innovation IMEA. During his session, Ritesh unpacked how Henkel is pioneering AI-enabled solutions to unlock new levels of productivity in manufacturing and materials science.
But the conversation didn't stop there. Our Henkel leaders took the stage across high-level panels to address the region’s most pressing topics:
Sami Abdallah
Head of Strategy, Governance & Product Stewardship for Henkel Consumer Brands in the High Growth Region, explored how we are fast-tracking lab breakthroughs in the "From materials science to market" panel.
Julia Al Jenabi
Head of Marketing & Specification Construction Adhesives for Henkel Adhesive Technologies IMEA, discussed the blueprint for our future in the "Designing sustainable urban life" session.
Magued Afifi
Director of Production for MEA and CAC, Henkel Consumer Brands, tackled the evolution of operations in "Robotics in manufacturing, logistics & beyond".
Youssef Bouhouala

Beyond the panels, the summit served as a vital bridge to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Amira Kamel
Head of Marketing & Strategy and General Manager GCC, Henkel Adhesive Technologies, represented us in the start-up arena. By evaluating early-stage innovations and interacting directly with founders, she reinforced Henkel’s open innovation approach and our commitment to supporting high-potential startups in digital manufacturing and advanced materials.
The Doers Summit was more than an event, it was a statement of intent. By combining high-level thought leadership with direct engagement in the start-up ecosystem, Henkel continues to solidify its established legacy as a trusted voice in sustainability and operational excellence.
As we look forward, the connections made, and the ideas shared in Dubai will help accelerate the industry’s transition towards a smarter, more sustainable future for the entire region.
