Earlier this year, five Saudi engineers (Left to right: Omar Ghawanni, Mubarak Alomani, Suliman Alatawi, Roaa Alawami and Hanan Alarnous) walked through Henkel’s doors in Saudi Arabia with ambition and curiosity, ready to embark on something new. They are the first cohort of our inaugural NextGen Leaders program, which is an intensive 18-month long development journey that represents our commitment to partnering with Saudi Arabia's growing talent pool and supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.

A Journey Through Industry Excellence

Throughout their 18-month tenure with us, our NextGen cohort will explore the full breadth of our Henkel Adhesive Technologies' portfolio available in the kingdom. During this program they will tackle construction challenges with HAT ACB (Adhesives Construction Business), master specialized applications with HAT Polybit, connect with craftsmen through HAT ACM (Adhesives and Craftsmen), and drive industrial excellence at Henkel Industrial Company, among other valuable experiences.

This comprehensive exposure will ensure that participants of the program develop deep insights into every aspect of our adhesive technologies business while contributing to real-world projects that shape Saudi Arabia's dynamic construction sector and advanced manufacturing landscape.

Being part of this program in Saudi Arabia adds another layer of value, as it allows me to grow professionally within a dynamic and fast-evolving market. I'm looking forward to applying these learnings as I continue through the rotations."

Hanan Alarnous, Henkel Operations & Sales Engineer: "Gaining exposure to different departments has really deepened my understanding of how the business operates as a whole.
