About this position

What you´ll do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share within the Industrial Electronics segment, with a focus on solutions within PCB Protection, Power Electronics, Optoelectronics & Power Storage
  • Drive opportunity with cross India scope including strategic planning, business modeling, and value proposition development to support successful commercialization of targeted growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Application Engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and country growth strategies.
  • Establish and manage a structured evaluation and prioritization process for innovation projects, ensuring a robust and sustainable innovation pipeline.
  • Develop and support strategic market maps and customer roadmaps to drive profitable regional growth and long-term business expansion.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders while executing strategic customer portfolio planning in emerging and high-potential markets.
  • Develop, co-create, and deliver tailored business solutions and value propositions that address customer needs and drive market adoption.
  • Partner with the global team to design and deliver training programs, enhancing technical and commercial capabilities across relevant internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the Electronics industry, with a strong understanding of industry applications, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline; MBA preferred
  • Strong business development and commercial acumen with proven expertise in networking, relationship management, negotiation, and opportunity assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully market and commercialize new value propositions, products, and service offerings.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including proficiency in developing impactful business presentations, data visualization, and executive-level stakeholder communication.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in multi-stakeholder and matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
