About this position

What you´ll do

  • Lead and execute sourcing projects across regional categories and countries, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder requirements.
  • Drive the consistent adoption of digital sourcing tools, processes, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and spend visibility.
  • Ensure full compliance, documentation, traceability, and governance for all sourcing activities and sourcing events.
  • Collaborate closely with regional category teams and suppliers to leverage category expertise, resolve challenges, and support sourcing strategies.
  • Manage and support regional non-sourcing initiatives, including sustainability programs, corporate projects, and strategic procurement topics.
  •  Contribute to financial and business objectives by advancing digitalization, spend management, sourcing automation, and procurement excellence.
  •  Champion sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating responsible sourcing practices and actively supporting Henkel’s culture of inclusion and belonging.

What makes you a good fit

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related business function.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of contract management, cost management, risk management, and supplier relationship management principles.
  • Digital mindset with proficiency in data analysis, procurement technologies, and automation tools; knowledge of SQL and Python is considered an advantage.
  •  Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
