En Henkel estamos en búsqueda de un/a Customer Service Specialist que desempeñará un rol clave en la experiencia de nuestros clientes. Esta posición será responsable de acompañar el ciclo completo de las órdenes, actuando como punto de contacto principal y asegurando un servicio ágil, eficiente y centrado en el cliente, en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos y stakeholders clave.¿Qué harás?
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de órdenes de compra, desde su ingreso hasta la entrega al cliente.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal con clientes, asegurando una experiencia fluida y satisfactoria.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos (comercial, logística, planeación, producción y supply chain).
- Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes, levantando insights y detectando oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia (CX).
- Registrar y gestionar interacciones en CRM, asegurando calidad de data y seguimiento de oportunidades.
- Manejar consultas, reclamos y situaciones complejas aplicando técnicas de resolución y desescalamiento.
- Monitorear KPIs y desempeño, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos de servicio.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos y eficiencia operativa.
- Participar en proyectos, iniciativas regionales y cambios organizacionales.
¿Qué te convierte en un buen candidato/a?
- Profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiencia en Customer Service, Customer Experience o gestión OTC.
- Perfil altamente resolutivo, con foco en el cliente y pensamiento analítico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y manejo de stakeholders.
- Experiencia en herramientas CRM (SAP y/o Salesforce deseable).
- Inglés avanzado (deseable, principalmente para interacción con equipos regionales)
