About this Position

As a CRM & Data Analytics intern, you will assist in the execution and optimization of CRM initiatives and analytics projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, generate insights, and help improve customer journeys. This role requires curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

What you´ll do

  • Empower business users through the implementation of self-service analytics tools in the CRM
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for new features and data products
  • Act as a vital link between stakeholder teams and technical developers throughout project lifecycles
  • Cultivate the ability to assess project viability, strategic alignment, and scalability for digital initiatives
  • Build expertise in creating intuitive data visualizations and fostering a data-driven culture
  • Support the evaluation and prioritization processes that determine which digital solutions are developed and deployed

What makes you a good fit

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in marketing, business administration, digital business, data science, information systems, economics, communication or a related field
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, digital strategy, systems and data analytics 
  • Familiarity with Excel and confidence in working with data
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
