About this Position

Lead the Technical Team (Electrical and Mechanical) across Filling and Mixing Cells to ensure the proper Maintenance systems are implemented and executed in a rigorous way in order to deliver the max throughput 

What you´ll do

  •  Lead the Technical team to improve Maintenance tasks via intensive use of PM DMSs (P&S, BDE, Lube, etc) 
  • Build the capability of the mechanics and electricians in both the shift but also in the support roles. - Is accountable for Equipment availability and spare part inventory results.
  • Owns the implementation of SAP MMA for their site.
  • Attend to the SIM process every morning for coaching purpose
  • Attend to LDOR based on prioritization of losses
  • Review weekly/monthly schedule to ensure operating strategy adherence
  • Attend Weekly Planning &Scheduling meeting for the Department
  • Lead and coach Breakdown elimination process
  • Be part of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
  • Review the M&R cost and identify actions on a monthly basis plans to reduce M&R
  • Coach Maintenance and Electrical Leaders
  • Execute AM, PM, Health check on a given frequency
  • Attend to PM pillar meeting and be owner at Plant Level of one of PM DMSs
