About this position


What you´ll do

  • Overall planning and management:
    -Support line manager to develop &  implement the yearly PR strategic proposal: PR media/ Celebrity/PR crisis management/ Management level profiling, etc.
    -Manage PR budget, agency and other resources effectively.
  • PR Fashion Media & Celebrity:
    Annual based PR coop calendar with internal & external partner
    Ongoing media exposure-execution:
    -Maintain key fashion/lifestyle/industry media relationship independently.
    -PR awards
    -Ongoing PR exposure request /seeding content or free PR exchange resources
    -Familiar with leading PR fashion media , proactively maintain good relationship with all external partners.
  • Celebrity strategy set up and management-execution:
    -Support on celebrity strategy development and celebrity data update.
    -Contract/Quotation Negotiation.
    -Celeb seeding/ shooting management.
    -In charge celebrity related activities, i.e. shooting/event/livestreaming. etc.
  • PR materials/content development--execution:
    -PR assets (release, images, data, press kits, interview scripts, etc.,) management and update.
    -PR material incl. PR box, HCB spin-offs end-t0-end development.
  • Top Management Profiling-execution:
    -Update top management schedule on a monthly basis , proactively arrange external media interview/summit invitation, etc. to maximize brand exposure.
    -Top management internal/ external speech/ PPT development.
  • HCB Crisis management-execution:
  • Diversified event lead across HCB, Corporate , etc.
  • Team daily operation support & POR/PO Management-execution.
  • The other things briefed by line manager.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 4-5 years’ experience in PR communication in an international enterprise or a leading PR agency. Experience in high-end cosmetics/ lifestyle brands would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English and excellency in bilingual written, spoken and presentation, well-versed people skills, full mastery of MS Office.
  • Agility, result-driven, strong ownership and work ethic, good sense of industry trend.
