About this Position

Henkel is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Infrastructure Repair Systems in Angola. As the Regional Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within your assigned region. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and executing strategies to achieve business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

What you´ll do

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration across assigned geographic territory and targeted end markets, including transmission pipeline repair, offshore and onshore process pipelines, and vessels.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assets, projects, and applications, managing opportunities from lead generation through execution.
  • Build strong relationships with asset owners, key decision makers, and influencers, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes within the OCG market.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based selling by presenting qualified repair systems that address customer challenges and operational requirements.
  • Work effectively with channel partners, engineering, training, inside sales, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide structured market feedback to support portfolio development and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and customer activity records within the sales CRM system, and report on performance and key risks.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil and Gas sector, specifically within transmission pipelines and offshore and onshore process pipeline environments in the defined region.
  • Established knowledge of, and professional contacts within, transmission pipeline, offshore, and onshore process pipeline markets.
  • Solid understanding of asset integrity principles across offshore and onshore applications, enabling effective consultative selling.
  • Organized, proactive, and disciplined in opportunity management, with strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability; technical expertise is advantageous but not essential.
  • Fluency in English is a must; Portuguese or French are an advantage.
