  • 本岗位为半导体高级应用工程师,负责与全球及中国团队共同调研半导体新应用、新设计趋势,并与创新领袖保持同步。
  • 主持半导体技术研讨会和讨论,提供专业技术支持,评估技术方案及项目可行性。
  • 搭建相关的新测试或平台能力, 高效与各职能团队沟通协作。
  • 推动技术创新,运用汉高扎实的专业知识保障并促进客户可持续发展。
  • 具备半导体市场的战略思维,助力汉高扩大市场份额,赢得新机遇。 

您的主要工作内容

  • 调研新项目和新应用,协同GKAM、全球应用工程师及本地各职能团队同步所有新应用的详细信息,凭借扎实的技术知识评估项目可行性,将其转化为实际项目。
  • 配合本地技术负责人搭建新项目评估所需的测试能力。
  • 高效与销售、市场、产品开发、创新团队、应用工程现场团队及项目团队成员协作,凭借较强的项目管理能力为项目贡献力量。
  • 负责产品推荐、新产品演示及故障排除,开展技术拜访(会议、审核、演示等)客户。
  • 负责为现场销售和客户提供产品应用及技术培训。

职位要求

  • 本科或硕士学历,专业为化学、高分子化学或机电相关,具有超过3年的半导体行业工作经验。
  • 优秀的英语书写能力,具备实际应用的英语口语能力。
  • 良好的客户沟通和内部讨论能力。
  • 具备半导体封装组装及工艺方面的专业技术和经验。
  • 较强的客户沟通与应对能力。
  • 具备分析思维,熟练使用办公软件。
  • 擅长应用方法开发及技术文档撰写。
  • 熟悉半导体封装组装工艺及其应用。
