HPS Manager (HPS meaning Henkel Production Systems) sets HPS Vision (Continuous Improvement Vision) and Direction and creates the Site HPS roadmap to build the required capability as part of the Site CBN and Zero Loss Journey

What you´ll do

  • Identify and define site HPS strategy and lead site implementation. Manage and oversee the HPS program deployment. Support and coach local HPS practitioners on HPS deployment. Involve the relevant people and departments to ensure full ownership of the actions and results.
  • Champion, develop and sustain a culture of continuous improvement (CI) and knowledge across all areas of the site.
  • Develop and expand local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools and methods and promote a structured problem-solving approach. Inject passion for this activity by providing a vision and direction for the future development and performance of the site.
  • Network within the HPS community and share to share best practices and promote improved performance and problem-solving across the company as well as encourage others to do the same

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience with continuous improvement in production, at least 5 years of experience.
  • Higher education from engineering or similar (at least Bachelor level).
  • Being results oriented and goal driven.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English, Slovenian speaking is an advantage.
