您的主要工作内容
- 通过HAZOP、LOPA、FMEA等过程危害分析方法，准确识别化工生产过程中的潜在危险、危害因素及其可能导致的后果，确定风险等级，并提出有效的防范措施建议。
- 参与化工项目初步设计、详细设计阶段的安全审查工作，对工艺流程图（PFD）、管道及仪表流程图（PID）、设备布置图等设计文件进行安全审核。
- 根据化工装置的安全设施（如安全仪表系统、紧急切断装置、消防设施等）的设计原理和选型要求，对项目建设过程中对安全设施的设计、安装、调试进行监督指导。
- 根据国内外化工行业相关的安全法律法规、标准规范，提供应对建议和调整安全管理措施的方案。
- 使用风险矩阵、风险登记册等风险管理工具，定期对企业风险状况进行梳理和更新。
- 负责或参与化工企业应急预案的编制、修订工作，熟悉应急预案的体系结构、响应流程及各环节的关键要素，根据实际情况编制装置异常/紧急状况处置预案。
- 建立和维护安全数据库，对各类安全资料（如安全评价报告、安全设计、安全培训教材等）进行分类归档管理。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，化工、安全工程、过程装备与控制工程、化学工程与技术等相关专业。
- 具备扎实的化工工艺、化学工程原理、安全系统工程、风险评估、防火防爆、化学材料等专业基础知识，熟悉化工生产过程及相关安全法规标准。持有注册安全工程师、化工工程师等相关专业资格证书者优先考虑。
- 具有 5 年以上化工行业过程安全相关工作经验，有精细化工、石油化工、制药化工等领域工作经验者优先录用。
- 参与过化工项目的安全设计审查、过程危害分析（PHA，如 HAZOP、LOPA 等）、安全操作规程制定、应急预案编制等实际工作，能独立承担相应安全项目任务。
- 熟练英语读写能力，口语流利。
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，并具备数据的收集、分析、总结能力；会使用CAD等工具软件。
- 具有良好的沟通能力，能够对不同部门、不同层级的人员进行有效的组织和引导，跨部门沟通协作; 善于分享案例和知识。
- 责任感强，作风严谨细致；心态稳重，较强的心理承受能力。
