YOUR ROLE

  • Drive and implement commercial excellence standards and projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer facing teams.
  • Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of the CRM-tool.
  • Analyze & interpret business data to identify correlations, trends, and improvement potential related to Sales & Channel Excellence initiatives.
  • Design and implement concepts for business channels within region (e.g., Distribution).
  • Take global ownership for selected Sales & Channel Excellence initiatives (e.g., Excellence in Key Account Management).
  • Refine and deploy targeted training curriculum for customer facing teams.
  • Be the sparring partner for the regional sales management team.
  • Team player collaborating within the global Sales and Channel Excellence team.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
  • 5–10 years' experience in a similar Commercial Excellence role or commercial management. Experience in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, in particular in influencing and convincing in an international environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
