YOUR ROLE

  • Market assessment and identifying growth & penetration opportunities
  • Setting the regional & country specific category strategy, aligning it with key stakeholders (global & local Teams)
  • Developing the communication strategy and actual TVC's
  • Developing the 3 years innovation masterplan for the category introducing new projects
  • Leading the multifunctional regional teams to ensure the development of the approved projects on time
  • Monitoring the Category’s financials and driving relevant projects to achieve the financials KPIs
  • Collaboration with two senior and diverse direct reports, as well as the steering of the category managers in the local countries

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of working experience in FMCG
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Energetic and creative 
  • Strong convincing and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative, self-starter attitude
  • PowerPoint and Excel are mandatory
  • Fluent in English. Arabic/Turkish/ French is a plus
