YOUR ROLE

  • Assisting all operational process of Traditional Trade sales channel from order till invoicing processes
  • Maintaining and monitoring all materials data price lists, discounts, provisions and updating databases as required on Sales Support Systems (SAP, Repzone)
  • Preparing sales (sell-out) performance and stock level reports of Traditional Trade sales channel
  • Contributing sales team bonus calculations process
  • Support ad-hoc and regular reporting for Business Unit

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree from Engineering, Business Administration, or degree in a relevant field
  • 4th year or master student who will be able to work 1 full year min. 3 days in a week at school period
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to proactively handle and respond to customer needs
  • Capable to solve problems with his/her own initiative
  • Interest in building a career within the Sales Operations department
