  • Executes special SHE projects as assigned by management.
  • Ensure Morning Boards and Morning Line data is updated all the time for the meetings.
  • Ensures training of employees is being executed in accordance with operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
  • Ensure safety reps books are up to date for the safety committee meeting.
  • Ensure minutes of the safety committee meetings are captured and distributed timeously.
  • Ensure SHE data spreadsheet is updated will correct information for SHE reporting.
  • Record weekly water meter, waste and energy readings for sustainability reporting.
  • Develop and manage training records for all SHE related training and ensure trainings are conducted timeously.
  • Manage and communicate action items in SHEcom and A&R database to ensure timeous closure.
  • Ensure maintenance related SHE action items are logged into MPM.
  • Ensure safety equipment inspections are done timeously and records kept.
  • Conduct Safety Walkabouts and SUSA engagements. 


  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a Science related course.
  • Computer skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the OHSAct.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
