YOUR ROLE

  • Optimize the layout and storage of the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving incoming goods, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
  • Ensures proper routine of materials is maintained while the materials are transported between warehouse and production.
  • Performs further routine clerical activities such as reporting or inventory status and manage the schedule of prebatching and labelling for operators.
  • Accurately sorts, labels and store goods following the system and actual.
  • Resolve any problem-solving issues with the team.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, materials management and warehouse management.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations, supply chain processes and health & safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
