  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Global Sports Brands focusing on footwear/shoe manufacturing, including identifying growth opportunities, establishing sales targets, and defining action plans to drive execution.
  • Execution Management: Drive the successful execution of account strategies by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
  • Results-Driven: Continuously monitor and analyze account performance against established targets, making data-driven decisions and adjustments to maximize results.
  • Professional Project Management: Utilize professional project management techniques to effectively plan, organize, and execute key account initiatives, ensuring efficient and successful project delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers throughout the organization by regular communication, effective negotiation, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, innovation, and application engineering to align account strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations from the front with an intelligent, highly strategic, and multi-faceted approach, utilizing your negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on account performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in setting strategies and driving execution plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Global Perspective: As a Global Key Account Manager, you will work with customers and teams across different countries and regions, requiring a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.

  • Travel Opportunities: This role does involve occasional multi-week travel, which can be an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy exploring new places and cultures.   • Available to relocate to Asia (Southeast or East Asia).


  • Sales and Account Management: Strong sales and account management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams, provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, and achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Excellent negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with key customers, internal teams, and management.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, work effectively with colleagues from different countries in many different time zones, and be flexible in adjusting work hours, travel, and global travel as required.
  • Results-Orientation: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Proactive in staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Affinity: Aptitude for grasping technical concepts related to product development and manufacturing processes, with the ability to apply this understanding to global key account management. Science or engineering background is a plus.
