YOUR ROLE
- Implementation and Management of Company and Statutory Benefits; including Coordination with external partners (Insurance providers, broker, statutory and benefits providers, government agencies and other HR vendor partners for Company benefits)
- Responsible for employee lifecycle management such as onboarding, employee relations and engagement, training and offboarding activities
- Identifies and develops continuous improvement activities with respect to management and administration of Employee Benefits
- Stakeholder Management by supporting business managers in various HR matters specific local HR processes
- Audit and Compliance checks
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- With a minimum of two (2) years related experience in HR Generalist role focusing on employee benefits administration (company and statutory), adherence to HR governance and compliance, employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding; Preferably obtained from a multinational company or shared service center working environment
- Knowledgeable in digital tools such as SharePoint and tech savvy inclined
- Excel proficiency is required for reporting functions; Intermediate proficiency is highly preferred for automation and digitalization
- Must have excellent command of both verbal and written English
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills, and attention to details is required
- Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
