YOUR ROLE
- Delivering sales, value share, trade spending, execution and fast listing targets for Traditional Trade Upper Segment Indirect Customers
- Leading Joint Business Planning processes with customers; negotiating and aligning on trade terms and conditions, and following up on compliance
- Building and maintaining sustainable and collaborative customer relationships to ensure effective partnerships at commercial & operational level
- Designing and implementing account plans based on growth forecasts, market opportunities, and customer capabilities; in line with company strategy
- Providing accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast per customer
- Regularly analyzing and reporting customer performance against KPIs; such as sales, value share and trade spending
- Responsible for customers on the European side of Istanbul
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- 4-5 of years experience in sales, FMCG experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
- Experienced in budget management and distributor operations
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Valid driving license
- Willing to work on European side of Istanbul
