- Provide third level support for day-to-day IT operations (installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems) of three legal entities of Henkel in the Philippines (over the phone, chat, e-mail, or face-to-face)
- Support End User and execute incident request ticket handling process
- Handle technical support for Hardware and Software (reimaging and user deployment)
- Act as Point of Contact for Cloud related migration projects
- Conduct user orientations in handling IT tools (PC, mobile phone, and printer)
- Implement IT project roll-outs for local and/or global and serve as ISO / Quality and CI coordinator
- Provide ad hoc support in case business unit will request to setup a remote site
