YOUR ROLE
- Provide third level support for day-to-day IT operations (installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems) of three legal entities of Henkel in the Philippines (over the phone, chat, e-mail, or face-to-face)
- Support End User and execute incident request ticket handling process
- Handle technical support for Hardware and Software (reimaging and user deployment)
- Act as Point of Contact for Cloud related migration projects
- Conduct user orientations in handling IT tools (PC, mobile phone, and printer)
- Implement IT project roll-outs for local and/or global and serve as ISO / Quality and CI coordinator
- Provide ad hoc support in case business unit will request to setup a remote site
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in IT Technical Support for hardware and software; Preferably from a Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) set up
- In-depth business knowledge in Network Workplace IT Security Operating Systems
- Must have a certification in Azure or Google Cloud Foundation and knowledge or experience in ISO 9001/ 27001 and Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 am – 6:00 pm), and once a week travel to Cabuyao/Canlubang, Laguna
