YOUR ROLE
- Develop external talent communication & activation strategy and all talent communication touchpoints globally
- Coordinate Henkel’s career communication touchpoints like website, video advertising campaign
- Prepare respective top management reports
- Operate creative concepts, photoshoots, and video shoots, lead creation of branding assets for global use: Picture pool, campaign videos, moving images, print materials
- Steer creative agency and media agency
- Roll-out the external HR podcast and career website chatbot
- Global media campaigns: responsible for advertising campaign strategy, implementation & steering of activation
- Heading employer branding activities and ensure global CI & consistency with Dare to make an impact? (including lead creative agency)
- Align closely with business stakeholders to ensure attractiveness of all employer branding
- Innovate new ways of engaging with GenZ and Digital talent
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor- or masters degree in business administration, business psychology, marketing, strategy or related field
- 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of marketing or HR
- Marketing & brand know-how with a Curiosity for Gen Z & digital talent
- HR Strategy knowledge, stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Game-changer mind-set with trend affinity
- Project management (especially also in global context, also involving systems & IT projects)
- Fluent English language skills
- We play as a team: collaborative mind-set across a global team
