Adhesive Packaging Consumer Goods offers adhesive solutions for End of Line packaging and Labelling applications for various industries like Consumer Goods Producers, E-commerce and Pharma. As a Senior Sales Engineer for the North-East of France, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out the local sales strategy, based on the general strategy of the sBU in order to grow existing clients and acquire new ones.
  • Developing and carrying out a strategy for each client, based on their roadmap.
  • Meeting sales and distribution goals (KPI) on assigned territory and accounts.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, distributors and other partners.
  • Communicating with KAM and Sales Team members on assignments and specific priorities for clients.
  • Coordinating our clients and technical services for line testings and providing clients with solutions to their needs and difficulties.
  • Establishing a territorial business plan that will enable the growth of key/target markets/clients on your assigned territory.
  • Training, working with, and encouraging our distribution partners to sell Henkel products and solutions.
  • Setting-up and maintaining a solid pipeline of new business opportunities by using the tools selected by clients.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration is preferred
    Solid professional experience in the industrial B2B market, ideally in adhesives, packaging or machinery industry.
  • Expertise in the sales of technical solutions.
  • Great negotiating abilities.
  • Passionate about selling and commercial excellence, organized and result-driven.
  • Ability to work as a team and create and nurture business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Driving licence (Permis B) is mandatory.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Territory : North-East of France (dept. 18, 58, 21, 89, 10, 52, 70, 25, 68, 88, 67, 57, 54, 55, 51)
