YOUR ROLE
- General function- Logistics project control and management
- Primary Objective- Focus on customer satisfaction improvement and devote to cost down.
- Important end result - Ensure all logistics projects can be implemented on time/target
- Initiate all saving logistics cost saving & cost avoidance projects, highly support on multi-cooperation projects with FP & Site.
- Lead continuous improving projects for customer care. Work with sales team and quality team to increase customer satisfaction on logistics service.
- Monitor logistics service providers’ performance and improve service level.
- This role will report to Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager and responsible for all logistics project control and management. Furthermore, this role is responsible for customer satisfaction improvement.
- Principal Accountabilities 工作职责
- Response for Initiating and reviewing all logistics projects, tracking deliverable progress regularly and ensure all projects can be implemented on time/target 35
- Set up and review standard operational process for warehousing and transportation (LOG Manual). Lead Logistics team on developing and optimizing cross team process 30
- Response for Henkel internal and customer complaint for big logistics issue, analysis problem with RC & CAPA 15
- Be as CCDB gate keeper in Logistics team to ensure all saving initiatives can be recorded 10
- Monitoring monthly suppliers’ performance, work with operation team to find continues improving actions for those failure items 10
