YOUR ROLE
- Job Purpose
- Decide what, when and where to supply for 11 sales units. Analysis sales demand and forecast accuracy. To verify the abnormal demand and communicate with business planning team, sales team, customer service team.
- Balance supply and demand over the operational horizon for cross region trading goods, to achieve optimum product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies. Be a key contact window with cross region supply planner and IC CS team.
- Generate a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirement in the short-term and long-term. While considering source plant supply constraints, disruptions and meeting inventory, slow moving and customer service targets.
- Determines and excuses the most effective solutions with cross region source and cross functions in China, to support business achieve NES targets and mitigate the supply risk for company.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of material master data , Lead time, shipping mode, to ensure the effective planning in SNP.
- Initiate the improvement project, follow up team or individual projects , system go-live, trouble shooting and escalations.
- Key Dimensions
- GCN inventory & OSMI target.
- GCN ECSL performance.
- Keep the right stock level and control OSMI situation in well position.
- Door keeper for supply issues and action plans.
- Principal Accountabilities
- Drive smooth supply planning for business to achieve high performance. Communication with cross region IC CS team and local functions to improve the whole supply chain process, no big supply issues and impact to business. 40%
- Data analysis for Inventory reduction & OSMI optimization. Closely follow up PO status and tracking for daily operation smoothly. 30%
- Material Master Data review for make to strategy, safety stock, material MD, SOPII & SNP data, LT review, SNP project go live smoothly. 20%
- Projects/Tasks to improve the whole supply planning process and automation. 10%
