YOUR ROLE
- Execute tasks related to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Act as the point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone/email, initiate actions (answer, sort, etc.) and assess issue urgency
- Manage leadership team's calendar & paperwork and ensure timeliness/completeness
- Prepare business correspondence, coordinate meetings, and create agendas, records, and meeting minutes
- Make business travel arrangements, prepare travel expenses for leadership and/or team members, research/compile/issue special reports, financial data, presentations, organizational charts, etc.
- Provide financial support on a department/project level and arrange business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administration experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
