About this Position
As a Senior Artwork Studio Designer, your primary goal will be to ensure that our packaging artworks are visually compelling and compliant with both brand and regulatory standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our product presentation, addressing language complexities, and ensuring that our designs resonate across various markets. You will be an integral member of a collaborative team, working closely with Integrated Product Development (IPD), printers, and cross-functional stakeholders. The environment promotes creativity and teamwork, allowing you to contribute actively to quality checks and solve issues effectively. In this position, you will have the opportunity to tackle unique challenges related to multilingual designs and print specifications, significantly impacting our overall product strategy and execution. What you´ll do
- Create/edit master packaging artworks based on master design as well as country packaging artworks based on master artworks
- Resolve copy-fitting issue on packaging artworks that includes several language translations; Ensure compliance to SBU and brand guidelines
- Check artwork for design inconsistencies, troubleshoot and fix file issues
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Development (IPD), and printers and perform quality check for approved artworks in terms of print specifications
What makes you a good fit
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Print Media or related course
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience in Artwork & Packshot Design; Preferably obtained from digital ad agencies and focused on Product Development
- Experience in basic packaging and print animation is needed; Advanced technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro) are required
- With high level of accuracy and attention to detail and must have project management skills
- Must have effective English communication and excellent time management skills
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
