About this position
As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of our organization, contributing to the success of various projects through effective collaboration and leveraging your unique skill set while crafting your career. Dare to make an impact?
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities and trends within packaging industry
- Recognize white spaces according with cross segment needs in flexible and paper packaging
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development and application engineer to align business strategies and achieve collective goals
- Support innovation through pioneering and differentiated solutions
- Utilize necessary project management tools and processes to manage initiatives, track progresses, and delivering to agreed-upon timelines
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in technical/commercial roles, project management combined with proven experience and expertise in packaging market including flexible, paper and coating segments
- Technical attitude and product knowledge base with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and make informed business decisions
- Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Excellent English Language skill
