YOUR ROLE

  • Full responsibility for raw material spend (50 mEUR) in assigned category in Raw Materials Purchasing Consumer Brands Europe
  • Initiate and conduct sourcing activities and supplier negotiations, boost the project pipeline in Raw Material Consumer Brands Europe
  • Enrich the purchasing category goals and strategies, incl. financial and sustainability targets as well as digitalization with piloting of new tools
  • Strengthen cooperation with internal stakeholder and actively collaborate with Regional and Global Purchasing Leads
    Challenge status-quo, identify, drive, and share best practices in Purchasing, also beyond direct area of responsibility
  • Participate and contribute to cross-category projects, find optimization potential within innovations, cost, and process
  • Shape your career with various trainings, rotation and development opportunities in diverse and international environment of Henkel  

YOUR SKILLS

  • Masters degree in business or chemical related studies
  • 6+ years work experience in Purchasing, preferably in Raws/Fragrance industry or international FMCG environment
  • Motivated, pro-active, self-directed with well-developed soft skills
  • Professional negotiation and communication skills required
  • Fluency in English language is a must, German language is a strong advantage
