Building on collaborative relationships with strategic raw material suppliers, Supplier Innovation Management connects development needs of Henkel Adhesive Technologies and capabilities of raw material supplier to create best-in-class innovations for customers. Working closely with product development and business, we steer supplier performance, ensure smooth collaboration, support negotiations and drive joint projects to success.

YOUR ROLE

  • Become a team member of the diverse and global Supplier Innovation Management team
  • Support supplier, technology scouting projects and research activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders from R&D, purchasing or business
  • Collaborate with the team members on key strategic initiatives and contribute with your ideas
  • Help to drive digital workstream by supporting data analysis and reporting
  • Drive your assignments, plan your time and workload
  • Join us for an exciting internship from Jan 2025 to June 2025 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Motivated degree student of business, chemistry or similar program (Masters degree preferred)
  • Experience from other internships preferred
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and independence
  • Creativity and eagerness to contribute with ideas
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Good data analysis skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent English language skills
