YOUR ROLE
- Develops and executes regional product (line) strategy in line with technology strategy
- Analyzes portfolio using Henkel processes and tools
- Manages regional product portfolio and consequently product portfolio complexity
- Takes responsibility for all tasks related to product life cycle management (from new product introduction to phase out)
- Accompanies product introductions and coordinates with S&OP and innovation team
- Steers product phase out process cross SBU for products under PLM ownership and coordinates product localizations across regions
- Manages and reduces complexity
- Provides input to manufacturing and purchasing on manufacturing and supply chain needs regionally
- Manages and optimizes regional product profitability, drives regional COGS projects in alignment with global product & technology management manages ad-hoc crises such as raw material shortages and drives proactively risk mitigation to avoid supply disruption
- Manages master data processes and data maintenance
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Focus on engineering, chemistry, economics or business administration is ideal
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experienced in a multinational environment within the consumer goods industry, i.e. packaging, labelling and personal hygiene
- Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to convince on different management level up to senior management
- Strong analytical skills for fact and data base decision making to realize measurable results
- Able to use standard tools like e.g. MS Office, Power BI, SAP
- Languages: fluent in English
The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
