YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for TSMC all commercial activities, by leading the global sales teams to attend or address customers related matters.
  • You achieve annual KP set by company.
  • You identify key customer opinion leaders, understanding their needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • You proactively identify the technologies roadmap and align with product team and market team.
  • You pursue new business opportunities to enrich the pipeline with supports from technical team.
  • You monitor the competitor and customer trend by offering regular intelligence to keep company and products competitive.
  • You develop and implement strategic account plans to strengthen company’s market position in TSMC.
  • YOUR ACCOUNTIBILITY
  • 30% Lead the regular meetings with customer’s RD to ensure the design-in project is on track.
  • 10% Lead the regular meetings with customer’s buyer to ensure the forecast accuracy.
  • 10% Lead the regular meetings with customer’s IMQR to ensure the quality we delivered is identical.
  • 30% Lead the internal meetings with stakeholder to deliver the VOC and intelligence and ensure the company strategy is align with the execution.
  • 20% Initiate Account Planning and coordinate all commercial events.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and maximize the benefits for the company.
  • Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executives.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret sales data and make informed choices.
  • Solid experience in virtual leading the multi-function teams as a global key account manager.
