YOUR ROLE
- Creating and executing trade marketing activities within the right trade marketing mix (display, distribution, promotion, promo management, digital promo management, price, etc.), aligned with the brand(s) strategy in all sales channels
- Acting as a key point of contact between Marketing and Sales departments to ensure timely execution of projects
- Collaborates with marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
- Sustaining effective communication, securing healthy relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing business performance, prepare ad-hoc reports and studies (including market analysis, ROI analysis, forecasting, sales results, campaign results)
- Coordinate, support and execute materials for trade shows & update by collaborating with external suppliers and agencies
- Developing channel merchandising strategy, including assortment, planograms, point of sale materials
- Develop & execute customer promotional plans
- Work closely with sales team to optimize visibility of POS in store & improve in-store
- Analyse & review regularly results of campaigns and promotions
YOUR SKILLS
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales within FMCG sector
- Aptitude to think outside of the box to explore business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Build effective working relationships with a variety of different stakeholders
- Understand and segment a customer base
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Category management experience is a big plus
