YOUR ROLE

  • Ensure the correct application of internal and external guidelines related to financial reporting, maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.
  • Contribute valuable information, reports, and analyses to support decision-making for Functions and Business Units (BUs) / Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
  • Lead and execute financial projects, driving initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Promote financial controlling knowledge and awareness throughout the organization, fostering a culture of financial accountability.
  • Monitor cost developments against planned objectives, preparing detailed deviation analyses to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of controlling processes, concepts, and tools, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Actively communicate key controlling topics to Functions and BUs/SBUs, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Prepare planning, forecasting, and (internal) monthly financial statements, providing timely and accurate financial insights.
  • Serve as the primary finance liaison for the business, providing consultancy to propose new solutions and enhance internal controls, particularly in the analysis of investments in new projects.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Proven experience in cash control and financial controlling.
  • Preferable experience in Project Management Office (PMO) and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
