YOUR ROLE
- Ensure the correct application of internal and external guidelines related to financial reporting, maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.
- Contribute valuable information, reports, and analyses to support decision-making for Functions and Business Units (BUs) / Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
- Lead and execute financial projects, driving initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
- Promote financial controlling knowledge and awareness throughout the organization, fostering a culture of financial accountability.
- Monitor cost developments against planned objectives, preparing detailed deviation analyses to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of controlling processes, concepts, and tools, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
- Actively communicate key controlling topics to Functions and BUs/SBUs, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Prepare planning, forecasting, and (internal) monthly financial statements, providing timely and accurate financial insights.
- Serve as the primary finance liaison for the business, providing consultancy to propose new solutions and enhance internal controls, particularly in the analysis of investments in new projects.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Proven experience in cash control and financial controlling.
- Preferable experience in Project Management Office (PMO) and business development.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
