YOUR ROLE
- Steer relevant initiatives, solutions, and processes to drive the strategic aspects of HR function in the areas of Employee Relations, Talent Management, Diversity Integration, Performance Management, and Organizational Development; Collaborate with regional and global counterparts as needed for workforce strategies
- Operate as a trusted advisor to leadership (translating business needs to HR priorities); Provide HR guidance and support to key stakeholders – business leaders and employees – to enable the organization to achieve its objectives from a people/ talent perspective and resolve day-to-day employee relation concerns
- Deliver consultancy and coaching to business leaders for people topics including, but not limited to, performance, disciplinary, development plans, succession planning, and grievance cases; Ensure a consistent and tactical approach on all people-related matters with compliance to corporate standards and local legislations
- Handles HR Governance – Including partnership with HR Operations in reviewing and updating HR policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and enhancement of employee experience
- Manages Talent Acquisition activities for the relevant key accounts (Recruitment, Talent Pipelining); Provide full support in the Compensation and Benefits/ Salary Review area
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related courses
- Minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) role; Preferably obtained from a multinational company or shared service center
- Background in Recruitment, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Employer Relations is a must
- Must have In-depth knowledge of local legal employment conditions, labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Should have the ability to handle high-level and global stakeholders, steer strategic HR projects, and experience in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
- With a strong mindset for continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience
