YOUR ROLE
- Coordinate all Lean activities/projects taking place in the production site.
- Ensure that all improvement activities are followed through to successful completion.
- Ensure that any roadblocks are highlighted, escalated and addressed.
- Regularly review the results of improvement activity against the expected results and take action as appropriate.
- Conduct cost and benefit analysis.
- Provide reports and updates of the Lean activities to the Site Management Team.
- Provide the standards and tools to assure the implementation of HPS (Henkel Production System).
- Provide training on standards and tools.
- Train and mentor teams to drive improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensuring that reporting requirements are communicated and met via agreed formats.
YOUR SKILLS
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related.
- You have an excellent knowledge (written and spoken) in English, and either French or Dutch.
- You have knowledge of Lean Production and Lean tools.
- Preferred: You are Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
- You have a a first experience in leading Continuous Improvements projects/programs in a manufacturing environment.
- You have strong people leadership skills, you are able to lead and influence others.
