YOUR ROLE
- Overseeing Adhesives Technologies sales operations by taking responsibility for the Paper Solutions, Tapes & Labels segments within the Packaging Adhesives strategic business unit.
- Maximizing strategic targets, developing new business opportunities and ensuring further grow of the business with value selling approach within the responsible area
- Coordinating existing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio
- Traveling around Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business necessities
- Responsible from managing the relation and commercially/technically development of the distributors within his/her responsible area
- Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
- Close communication with global team to lead management of global key accounts and new product development projects under his/her responsibility.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the Adhesives technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management.
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related challenges.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and is flexible with travel requirements.
