YOUR ROLE

  • As a Payroll Specialist in our GBS+, you will be primarily responsible for processing Slovenian payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay – salary changes, deductions, bonuses and others. You will bring your expertise and:



  • Ensure all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, garnishments, etc. are processed, checked and transmitted accurately and timely
  • Extract and process pre- and post-payroll reports (GL posting, variance analysis and HR reporting)
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to the payroll system
  • Cooperate closely with payroll vendors and Finance department regarding salary calculations and payments
  • Ensure the completeness of the workflow documents and manuals
  • Work closely with HR teams for process implementation and alignment

YOUR SKILLS

  • We will provide you with the onboarding and respective trainings. However, as you will support Henkel end-to-end payroll process from executing payroll system, we require:


  • Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration is an advantage
  • Previous experience with HR processes is a must (minimum 1 year)
  • Previous payroll experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Full working proficiency in English language
  • Payroll software knowledge (preferably SAP)
  • Excel on upper-intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
  • Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development
  • Good ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
