YOUR ROLE

• Provide technical support and advice to the sales team regarding the company's products and applications.
• Assist in the development and delivery of technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Conduct product testing, analysis, and evaluation to ensure product performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions for internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, such as method statements, compliance statements, and clarification letters.
• Conduct site visits and make site mockups to demonstrate the application of products and address any technical issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing technical support and assistance.
• Mentor and coach team member to improve technical skills and leadership abilities.
• Assign needed training to direct reports
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Technological/market know-how:
  
  Knowledge of building materials application and specifications (construction chemical and waterproofing)
  Knowledge of construction engineering and drawing 
  Capability of making mockups and applied samples
• Business Acumen:
  
  Awareness of the competitor range of products and technologies in the market
  Presentation skills and conducting seminars/ webinars
• Personal skills:
  
  Teamwork
  Willing to research and reading
  Good communicator and presentation skills
