YOUR ROLE
- Analyze complex financial information, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to Supply Chain leadership team to drive total supply chain cost reduction
- Perform a variety of day-to-day financial analysis and modelling, including variance analysis, cost drivers and trends, comparable analysis, and package powerful insights into clear and concise presentations for decision making
- Benchmark regions, the industry and competition to identify continuous improvement ideas and encourage innovation
- Lead planning process of global supply chain cost for Henkel Consumer Brands
- Lead controlling and analytics for cash net working capital for Henkel Consumer Brands
- Further drive digitalization and automation in reporting and analytics
- Work closely with the Finance, Supply Chain & Commercial top leadership teams to support decision making, while getting visibility, exposure, and an environment to grow and shape your career
- This role does not manage a team.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain controlling / regional controlling, supply chain cost management, strategic financial modeling, and process improvement.
- Strong business acumen and commercial mind-set to contribute to the development of long-term strategies and plans for the global Supply Chain organization.
- Self-starter, ability to roll the sleeves, initiate and deliver special projects and process automation initiatives.
- Possess excellent analytical, communication and finance partnering skills as well as the ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment across multiple regions and functions
