YOUR ROLE
- The Key Account Manager is member of a regional cross-functional team, driving sales growth in Europe at Henkel’s Global and Regional Power & Industrials Customers
- Formulation and execution of regional key account strategy (short-/mid-/long-term) including an ambitious annual revenue plan and long-term target plan
- Regularly updates of the Key Account strategic plan, 5 years strategic business plan and annual forecast/execution
- Responsibility for regional revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overall customer satisfaction
- Providing clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel team(s) regarding regional account strategy, team member responsibilities and expectations
- Driving execution of key priorities and customer sales projects/opportunities
- Translating customers strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
- Developing influential network on all key levels and dimensions with a focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor in Engineering, Science or Business Administration is preferred
- More than three years of experience in technical service/technical sales and/or B2B sales with strong focus on value selling and business/sales management ideally within International markets/teams
- Experience in Marketing and Strategy is beneficial
- Outstanding persuasion skills. Highly systematic and conceptual thinking
- Strong skills leading cross functional project teams
- Fluent in German & English
