YOUR ROLE
- Supply Planning Manager plays a key role in End to End planning team, responsible for coordinating with demand planning, logistics, CE team and different sourcing plant to ensure timely supply.
- Ensure supply on a reasonable inventory level. Manage and monitor healthy inventory level.
- Work with cross functions on slow moving inventory clearance plan.
- OOS and POOS management and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement supply strategy, optimize supply planning processes and improve efficiency.
- Team management. Lead a team of 4 supply planners who are in charge of different sourcing countries.
- Drive project and process execution activities in one or more projects in parallel.

YOUR SKILLS
- 8+ years working experience in Supply chain planning especially in supply planning.
- FMCG industry background.
- 2+ years of team management.
- Handled import & export planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English written and speaking.
- ERP and SAP system operations, APO experience preferred.
