Employer Branding & Talent Selection

  • Define employer value proposition (EVP), highlight the company's unique benefits
  • Encourage employee advocacy
  • Engage in community outreach & ensure consistent branding
  • Optimize careers website and social media presence

Employee Retention & Development for Hi-Po / Key Profiles

  • Offer opportunities for Hi-Po employees to grow their careers and develop their skills
  • Develop and implement programs and policies that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Foster employee engagement through recognition programs and opportunities for professional development.

Change Management to Enable the Business Growth

  • Guiding the Business through transformations with a combination of strategic acumen, people skills, and data-driven decision-making

Promoting Culture based on DEI and Engaged Employees

  • Showcase company culture
  • Work with Business to resolve conflicts, promote positive employee relations, and boost morale.
  • Implement HR interventions related to employee wellness, DEI, and talent management.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 5+ Years of Relevant Experience in HR Domain
  • MBA in HR
  • Should have FMCG industry experience.
  • Sound understanding of Talent Management & HR Business Partnering
  • Requirements and their role in sustainable Business Growth.
  • Experience in Employer Branding, Talent & Development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate and co‐create sustainable solutions working with peers in a self‐empowered environment.
  • Deep familiarity with operating in FMCG context.
