YOUR ROLE
- You will develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
- You will define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy.
- You will develop, steer and support internal resources across functions to execute account strategies.
- You will be responsible for timely and accurate admin tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
- You will define and execute global where applicable / regional / local account strategy, including current annual revenue plan and mid-term target plan.
- You will identify business opportunities, steer business development budgets for agreed accounts and define objectives.
- You will translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
- You will drive and roll-out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Sales ideally working as Key Account Manager in a local or regional or global role with cross-functional/cross department projects collaboration
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with good knowledge of Spanish being a big plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM.
- Work experience in heavy equipment industry or electronics is preferred but not mandatory.
- You will be available to start in this new position as of January 2025.
