YOUR ROLE
- Drive local strategy execution within the Consumers & Craftsmen SBU to achieve agreed targets (incl. full country P&L responsibility) and the region, regularly review progress against targets and develop plans to address deviations
- Ensure accurate rolling forecast, annual business plan (KP) and long-term strategic plan (TP)
- Drive customer relations and strong operations
- Coach, align, and enhance collaboration between local SBUs and local cross-SBU functions and set up local cross-SBU business processes locally aligned with regional SBU strategy
- Plan and organize local resources (people, capacity, investments) to ensure target achievement
- Drive culture – create and shape an innovative, collaborative, diverse , inclusive, and inspiring working culture
- Develop structures and processes to empower country to reach goals, e.g. handle and optimize local infrastructure topics, identify local synergies and leverage scale
- Act as responsible for governance and legal obligations, and coordinate country administrative / back-office topics
- Represent SBU and coordinate interface topics with Henkel locally (internally and externally)
- Contribute to the development and drive implementation of transformation programs of the region
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of commercial professional experience in areas such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing etc.
- 2 years of international work experience
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Persuasive communication style to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
- Passion to develop people, to empower and to build and contribute to collaborative larger teams
