Part - time Administrative Support with English and Italian

Do you dare to make an impact?


  • Daily cooperation with colleagues from the Front-office (CSX), Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country (Italy, potentially Spain)
  • Order entry related activities (processing requests via email and internal ticketing tool)


  • Active knowledge of English (B2) and Italian (B2)
  • Flexible and able to work on a regular basis (ideally every day) / weekly 20h
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Willing to work with documents in different languages mainly English and Italian (potentially Spanish with the help of translation tools)
  • Willing to perform admin tasks (communication with Business partners mainly in written form (EN/IT), very occasionally via chat/phone)
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • SAP knowledge is advantage
