·Ensure the implementation and execution of the internal safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures.

·Develop and provide SHE training for all stakeholders

·Develop, provide, and support workplace risk assessment in sites under his/her responsibility.

·Manage the reviewing and updating of the SHE related legal permits, licenses, etc.

·Ensure the coordination of emergency response plan.

·Support reporting and investigation as well as ensure RACs for corrective/preventive actions of any incident or accident that may occur within the facilities.

·Define and manage SHE related KPIs .

·Stop any activity or process that does not comply with the minimum safety requirements or, failing that, presents any unsafe condition or act.

·Ensure support LEED, WELL or any correspondent building certification whenever required.


·Proficiency in English and Spanish, Presentation skills, communication skills, people management skills

·Bachelor Degree: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering

·Knowledge of safety and hygiene, occupational safety, crisis management, current and regulatory standards.

·Demonstrated skills in leadership, project management, and problem-solving.

·Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

·Additional SHE certifications

·Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
